The Village Boys house is yet another asset Santos FC has gained. It is close to the Urbano Caldeira stadium, at Rua Tiradentes, nº 08, in Vila Belmiro. Under-20 category athletes live in the place.

There are two floors. The superior has two bedrooms, a suite and a bathroom. The lower one has a living room and a bedroom. In the outside area, four bedrooms and a dressing room were built.
